Marette Monson, LCSW, MBA owns the Center for Counseling Excellence, a mental health counseling outpatient agency that was recognized as the Best of State in mental health care for Utah. She recently co-authored a book released nationally on professional resilience. She is a sought after presenter and has traveled all over Utah and the United States to speak at conferences about professional resilience. Marette teaches in the MBA program at Westminster College focusing on organizational behavior and how to design highly effective organizations. Marette is working to promote integration and hiring of individuals with disabilities in technology companies by creating a program to train adults with Autism and provide consultation to companies on how to make these employees highly effective. Marette served a term as Chair of the Governor's Committee on Employment for People with Disabilities after being appointed by Utah's Governor. Marette has an undergraduate degree from BYU in Social Work, a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Westminster College. She graduated at the top of her class academically from all three schools.
