Sui Lang L. Panoke
Sui Lang L. Panoke is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur and international trainer and facilitator with a passion for empowering today’s leaders to rethink, create and innovate. She is the founder of Rethink International, a global social enterprise designed to challenge people to rethink how and what they think. Rethink International is a world leader in the design and delivery of custom learning products with a purpose. Its mission is to guide people and organizations through the process of generating their own solutions to personal, professional, organizational and societal needs through innovative training, coaching and facilitation. Sui Lang has trained thousands of leaders around the world leading in politics, business, government, higher education, nonprofits, and the media. Her areas of expertise include global leadership, personal empowerment, communications, branding, op-ed writing, public speaking, civil discourse, women, diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias. Rethink International is also the home of the Rethink Tank for Women, a social think tank designed to challenge women to rethink how and what they think for the purpose of generating innovative policy solutions and building bridges across social, cultural and political differences. Sui Lang currently serves on the executive board of the Multicultural Media Correspondents Association; advisory board of Real Women Run Utah, and is an Ambassador for the Utah Women & Leadership Project. She holds an MPA from American University with a Certificate in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership and earned her BS in Political Science from the University of Utah’s Hinckley Institute of Politics after completing her first year of undergrad at Brigham Young University’s Hawaii campus. Sui Lang and her daughter, Kaleila, recently moved back to Utah after living on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC for 13 years. Together, they reside in Salt Lake City, with their red toy poodle, Rue.
