Diversity Initiative of the Year Award
eBay received the Diversity Initiative of the Year Award for Women in IT 2020 Awards in New York City for its innovative global training program “Rise Up! Lift Up!”. Women@eBay solicited InclusionPro to provide content and program strategy for this unique program. The program includes six months of consecutive global learning sessions and peer coaching sessions and was offered to 1500 employees worldwide. InclusionPro also created a Lift Up leadership framework for leaders and managers to build leadership skills.
