Our Inclusion by Design™ approach helps you build sustainable and inclusive cultures. Our work happens over three main phases – Aligning, Building and Scaling. To build true diversity, equity and inclusion within your business, aligning board and executive leaders as stakeholders is the first step, establishing a strong foundation for success. This phase includes integrating your diversity and inclusion strategy with your core business strategy. While 68% of CEOs have a DEI initiative, fewer than 35% of CEOs tie their DEI work to their core business strategy. Integrating your DEI strategy with your business strategy is challenging, but ensures more sustainable outcomes. Next, we work on connecting leaders and managers in your organization to the business strategy and training on DEI skills and identify equity gaps. This creates a foundation of allyship across departments and teams in your organization. And finally, we scale best practices across your organization, which is enabled through aligned leadership and allyship throughout the organization.
InclusionPro offers strategic analysis, program design, program execution, and coaching. We have performed many quantitative and qualitative data studies and can segment demographic populations based on gender, ethnicity, role, and other characteristics. Professional services are highly customized and we offer both flat fee pricing and hourly billing.
