STRATEGY ACCELERATION
When engagement and innovation are integrated into how leaders and teams make business decisions, acceleration follows. Instead of treating engagement and innovation as secondary to the business, we elevate their role to generate real value.
Strategic Focus Areas:
- Engagement by Design™: Leveraging engagement as a strategic tool to accelerate decision-making, reduce friction, and unlock value together with key stakeholders—customers, teams, and partners.
- Inclusion to Innovation™: Activating the wide range of human talent that exists outside of the formal role. We help organizations discover new ideas and transform latent potential into tangible business value.
- Learning Design: InclusionPro frequently collaborates with clients to build custom learning products that align with company mission and business goals.
Introducing Engagement by DesignTM
An InclusionPro® Strategy-Acceleration Workshop
Engagement by Design™ positions engagement as a strategic tool to accelerate decision-making, reduce friction, and unlock value together with key stakeholders—customers, teams, and partners.
What You’ll Leave With:
- Strategic options for a real business challenge you’re facing now
- A practical framework (“the 4P’s”) to accelerate strategy
- Immediate actions to reduce friction and increase speed to results
- A repeatable approach that integrates into the flow of daily work
- Peer insights you can apply the next day
How This Works:
This workshop is a highly interactive session where executives work on real company strategies alongside peers. You choose the challenge—a growth initiative, market expansion, customer strategy, alignment gap, etc.—and apply the 4P’s framework: Perspectives, Partnership, Potential, and Pathways.
The 4P’s illuminate strategic options that might be missed, your approach for buy-in, and how to adjust your conversations for faster results. You’ll work through strategy with peer input and leave with clarity on next steps.
Why This Works Best In Person:
The competitive edge belongs to leaders who invest in strong face-to-face collaboration. This session strengthens those skills while solving real business problems. Most of the session is facilitated peer discussion to maximize the collective insight in the room. The session is designed for analytical and collaborative thinkers. Virtual options available upon request.
Ideal For Executives Who:
- Want practical tools that drive execution, not theory
- Need faster alignment on strategic initiatives
- Understand that pausing to think prevents costly delays
- Value peer input and low-risk experimentation
